Big Savings

I don't need a pickup truck right now. Just my luck.

Big SavingsFor the past several days I've noticed a commercial on TV stating that if I buy a pickup soon I will pay $9000 less than the "MSRP". But I don't need one right now!

If I find, after the sale is over, that I do need a pickup truck, I guess this means that I'm going to have to pay that extra $9000. This seems like some sort of rip off--Why are they charging that $9000 the rest of the year?

This sort of pricing seems to be quite common, not just for pickup trucks, but for lots of other things. Like sofas or washing machines. How come retailers are soaking us for all this extra dough? Why can't I get a good deal when the time comes that I actually need a sofa, a washing machine, a pickup truck, or a whatever?

Ouch.
